About Jackson
Where AI, product and operations meet.
Jackson’s work sits at the intersection of artificial intelligence, digital transformation, product strategy and service delivery. He helps organizations identify where AI can create value, redesign workflows, develop practical products and prototypes, and support adoption.
His background spans product leadership, project management, business analysis, enterprise technology and public sector modernization. That experience shapes his approach to AI as a business transformation requiring strategy, process redesign, stakeholder alignment, governance and measurable results — not a tool that gets trialled and left behind.
Jackson is also a hands-on builder. He uses AI-assisted development and rapid prototyping tools — including Codex and Replit — to turn ideas into working concepts quickly and test how technology can improve real services and operations.
Expertise
Six areas Jackson works in.
Practical areas of focus, described as they show up in real engagements.
Enterprise AI strategy and adoption
Finding the places where AI genuinely changes the cost or quality of the work, then sequencing the rollout so the organization can absorb it.
AI product strategy and product management
Turning a validated opportunity into a defined product — users, scope, success measures, release path and the trade-offs in between.
Agentic AI and organizational workflows
Designing workflows where AI agents retrieve, draft and act inside clear boundaries, with people accountable at the points that carry consequence.
Intelligent automation
Removing the manual steps between systems — intake, document handling, quoting, triage — so work moves without being retyped by hand.
Digital transformation and service redesign
Redesigning the service rather than the tooling alone, so the process is simpler after the technology arrives than it was before.
Organizational readiness, governance and adoption
Getting policy, data handling, roles and training aligned early, so a solution is used consistently instead of shelved after launch.
Founder of NX:IQ Solutions
Why NX:IQ exists.
Jackson founded NX:IQ Solutions to help organizations understand what AI actually means for their business, and to move them toward responsible, practical adoption rather than indefinite experimentation.
His strategy and product work carries directly into what NX:IQ delivers: intelligent software, workflow automation and AI-enabled solutions built around the operational work teams repeat every week — and integrated with the systems those organizations already run.
